We have a team with more than 25 years of experience in post-tensioning construction in Chile.

Experience in post-tensioned slabs, beams and columns, for residential buildings, office buildings, parking lots, hospitals, among others.

Engineering design

We develop the structural engineering design corresponding to the post-tensioned elements and adapt to the specific structural, architectural and/or construction needs of each project.

We use specialized finite element analysis software for our designs. We make sure to stay up-to-date with local and international regulatory requirements and best practices for optimal design.

Integration with BIM technologies

Our projects are designed integrated with Revit and/or Navisworks models as needed.

Our cables are developed in the 3D model and the documentation is obtained from the Revit model.

We have solutions for handling the 3D model and/or documentation, whether on site or sharing the design with other specialties, as required by the project.

- Advance sequence allows formwork recovery once tensioned (approx. 3 days).

- Reduced thicknesses in structural elements.
