BIM (Building Information Modeling)
It all starts with modeling the structure in Revit. We can create this model from scratch or start from the structural model provided by the client.
All our plans are exported directly from Revit and are available in the model. We have various Contech solutions for sharing information with the field, depending on the situation.
We can use Revit, Autodesk construction Cloud, Dalux and Autodesk Viewer.
We adapt to the client's Contech or BIM solution and/or we can propose our own solutions. Contact us!

PASSIVE REINFORCEMENT CALCULATION
We can provide the volume calculation for all the reinforcement shown on the sheet. This is thanks to our method of drawing plans within the program.
The reinforcement is a drawing. We've found that modeling all the reinforcement for a project is still very time-consuming. If you need the reinforcement modeled, we can still do that (it does take longer, though!). We can talk and explain how we export the passive reinforcement volume calculations. That way, you can decide which option is best for your project, considering your deadlines and budget.
SIMULATION OF CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
Using the Revit model, we can create a simulation of the building's construction sequence.
We just need to coordinate the work schedule and see what problems might arise during construction.
